It is really surprising that the online sales of companies these days have overtaken the sale at their outlets and reason is straight forward i.e. its convenient and even faster. Testimonials can be used to increase your sales many folds. But the big question arises at this point is that How testimonials can ignite your online sales? The answer to this question can be given in different ways. But are all testimonials effective? The answer to this question is very straight forward, no. You have to plan your testimonials in such a way that it hits the audience.

Here are some ways of how you can use testimonials with there best effects:

  1. You should always try to send the picture or photograph of the person with the testimonial. This will make the testimonial look more real.

  2. Try to add the signature of the testimony with the mail. This makes the testimonial look more official.

  3. You could also go for audio and videos of the testimony.

  4. You should also add profile of the testimony with the testimonial so that the people seeing it can know more about the testimony and it will be more entertaining to read.

  5. Try to add hand written stuff as the testimonial so that it gives a look of realism.

  6. A contact number of the testimony can really do wonders since the other customers can contact him or her before actually buying the product.

Using these ways can do wonder to your online sales. Testimonials can be used anywhere on the websites whether it’s the homepage or some link. The main purpose of the testimonial is to make others believe your say. You should also keep one more ting in mind that the person you use as a testimony should have some public image, as people will believe them more easily.

Since all the customers are not alike therefore different things will attract them and so you should try to go for many types of testimonials from various persons highlighting the different points of your product. Also try to use testimonials that are specific to your product. Last but not the least you should always try to highlight or bold the testimonial wherever you use them as it can be spotted pity easily by the customers.
